Functions at Ascot
If you are celebrating a birthday, wedding anniversary or any other special occasion, Ascot’s venues provide an ideal setting for any of these. The venues are also ideal for work functions that need to take place away from your usual office environment. Baby Shower
A product launch or training for example can take place in one of our smaller function rooms.
Catering is also available. You can either choose simple snacks, a delicious home cooked buffet or a delectable braai. The choice is yours. For all the options available, please see our Functions Package.

Kiddie's all-inclusive Party Packages
In collaboration with Co-Ords Party Boutique exclusively, we are able to assist you in making your kiddies party a dream come true for them (and easy as pie for you!)
We offer moms & dads a ‘one-stop party venue’ whereby the décor is set-up the morning of the party and removed in the afternoon. You just arrive, enjoy, and leave the mess for us to clean up. The only thing you need to do is give us the theme, and some of your ideas if you wish!
We can also assist in sourcing the most beautiful birthday cakes as well as iced biscuits to co-ordinate with your party theme.
The venue available for our Kiddies parties are:
Option A: under our beautiful Acacia Tree on a sunny day
Option B: in our Elephant Venue if the weather is not in our favour
Option C: in our Hippo Venue which hugs a sparkling swimming pool
The venue is available from 10.30am – 3.30pm.

The Hippo Room
This unique venue can seat up to 200 guests without a dance floor. The Hippo Room is horseshoe shaped venue with natural wooden walls and a thatched roof which hugs a sparkling pool (Remember, the pool is being replaced with a water feature in January 2019!). There is also a lovely rustic bar inside, with sides that lift, creating a uniqiue ambience that has been enjoyed by many.
For Weddings, we have the outdoor thatch gazebo, where guests can witness your marriage in beautiful garden surroundings
The Elephant Room
This is a large, magnificent thatched wonder which can seat up to 160 people with no dancefloor. It is oval in shape and really has a wonderful feel to it. There is a pretty outdoor bar, which allows more space within the venue, as well as a big fire pit area for those colder evenings. For the Wedding ceremony, guests will sit under our large, flat-crowned Acacia Tree, beautifully lit up at night, surrounded by large rocks, railway sleepers and aloe plants.
